Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Rice
Ingredients
- 500 g (1 lb) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
- Return the steak to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- In a separate saucepan, warm the heavy cream over low heat. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Mix the creamy Parmesan sauce into the cooked rice.
- Serve the garlic butter steak bites over the creamy Parmesan rice.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
