Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb (700 g) boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss until every piece is coated in the rich garlic Parmesan sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
