Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites
Ingredients
- 1½ lb (700 g) boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss until every piece is coated in the rich garlic Parmesan sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
