Chocolate Peanut Butter Lava Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 4 tsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Melt chocolate and butter together.
- Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until fluffy.
- Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
- Fold in the flour.
- Fill greased ramekins halfway, add a teaspoon of peanut butter in the center, then cover with more batter.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Let stand for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
