Chocolate Peanut Butter Lava Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 4 tsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
  3. Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Fold in the flour.
  6. Fill greased ramekins halfway, add a teaspoon of peanut butter in the center, then cover with more batter.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
  9. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
