Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Rice

Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet.
  3. Melt the butter in the same skillet and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Return the steak to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  5. In a separate saucepan, warm the heavy cream over low heat. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Mix the creamy Parmesan sauce into the cooked rice.
  7. Serve the garlic butter steak bites over the creamy Parmesan rice.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
