Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Simmer for 15–20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Spoon the creamy sauce over the chicken.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
