Mediterranean Garlic Butter Fish
Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets (sea bass, cod, or haddock)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet.
- Add garlic and chili flakes and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the fish and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the fish.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
