Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 500g baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the steaks with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Boil the potatoes for 8–10 minutes, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook the potatoes until golden and crispy.
- Remove the potatoes and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sear the steaks for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Add butter and garlic.
- Spoon the garlic butter over the steaks for 1–2 minutes.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
