American BBQ Pulled Beef Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 700 g beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Burger buns
  • Coleslaw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place in a slow cooker with onion, garlic, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce.
  3. Cook on low for 7–8 hours until the beef is tender.
  4. Shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the cooking sauce.
  5. Toast the burger buns lightly.
  6. Fill the buns with the pulled beef and top with coleslaw if desired.
  7. Serve hot with fries or potato wedges.
