Ingredients
- 700 g beef chuck roast
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- Burger buns
- Coleslaw (optional)
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place in a slow cooker with onion, garlic, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce.
- Cook on low for 7–8 hours until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the cooking sauce.
- Toast the burger buns lightly.
- Fill the buns with the pulled beef and top with coleslaw if desired.
- Serve hot with fries or potato wedges.
