Stuffed Flank Steak Roll
Ingredients
- 1 kg flank steak or thin beef roast
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Butterfly the beef and flatten it with a meat mallet.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Spread spinach, mozzarella, bell pepper, and garlic over the meat.
- Roll the beef tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
- Sear in olive oil until browned on all sides.
- Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 35–40 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
