Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down until golden and crispy.
- Flip and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and mustard in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Simmer for 15–20 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
- Spoon the glaze over the chicken before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley
