Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down until golden and crispy.
  4. Flip and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and mustard in a bowl.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  7. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Spoon the glaze over the chicken before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley
