Snickers Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 200 g chocolate cookies, crushed
  • 100 g melted butter

For the Filling

  • 500 g cream cheese, softened
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Snickers bars, chopped

For the Topping

  • 2 Snickers bars, chopped
  • ½ cup mixed nuts (peanuts, almonds, walnuts)
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 100 g melted milk chocolate
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter.
  2. Press into a springform pan and chill for 20 minutes.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in the chopped Snickers bars.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel sauce.
  9. Top with chopped Snickers, mixed nuts, and whipped cream.
