Creamy Tuscan Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Return chicken to the skillet.
- Simmer for 10–15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
