Shrimp & Garlic Butter Rice

Ingredients:

  • 500g shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet and sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
