Creamy Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
  5. Add tomatoes and spinach; cook until spinach wilts.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
