Garlic Parmesan Potato Bites

Ingredients:

  • 500g baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes until slightly tender.
  2. Place them on a baking tray and gently smash each potato.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
