Ingredients

For the Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

For the Creamy Spinach

  • 300 g fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

For the Mushrooms

  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. In another pan, sauté mushrooms in butter until browned. Set aside.
  4. Melt butter, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until creamy.
  7. Serve the creamy spinach on a plate, top with salmon, and garnish with sautéed mushrooms.
