Omelette aux Légumes et Fromage
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ bell pepper, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
- Sauté the bell pepper and tomato for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes until set.
- Fold the omelette and serve immediately.
