Creamy Spinach Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken in a skillet until lightly golden.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
  3. Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  7. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the white sauce over it.
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
