Creamy Spinach Chicken Bake
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the chicken in a skillet until lightly golden.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour the white sauce over it.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
