Rosemary Mushroom Beef Skillet
Ingredients
- 500g beef steak, sliced into strips
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
- Sear the beef until browned, then remove.
- Add butter, mushrooms, garlic, and rosemary.
- Cook until mushrooms are golden.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan and toss everything together.
- Serve hot with potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
