Honey Garlic Butter Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the salmon and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
