Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 ripe mango (diced)
- Coconut flakes for topping
Instructions
- Mix coconut milk, chia seeds, and honey in a bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir well and divide into serving glasses.
- Top with fresh mango and coconut flakes.
- Serve chilled.
