White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Truffles
Ingredients
- 8–10 fresh strawberries
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crushed Golden Oreo cookies
- 2 cups white chocolate, melted
- Freeze-dried strawberry crumbs (for topping)
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese and crushed Golden Oreos until well combined.
- Wrap a layer of the mixture around each strawberry.
- Roll gently into smooth balls.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate.
- Drizzle with extra white chocolate.
- Sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberry crumbs.
- Chill until the coating is fully set.
