Stuffed Flank Steak Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 kg flank steak or thin beef roast
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Butterfly the beef and flatten it with a meat mallet.
  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread spinach, mozzarella, bell pepper, and garlic over the meat.
  4. Roll the beef tightly and secure with kitchen twine.
  5. Sear in olive oil until browned on all sides.
  6. Transfer to the oven and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 35–40 minutes.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
