Creamy Mushroom Spinach Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until golden on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic for 3–4 minutes.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the cream and stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until the cheese melts and the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
