Cheesy Chicken Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts until thin.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each piece.
- Add mozzarella cheese and roll tightly.
- Secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the rolls until golden.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
