Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Heat a lightly buttered nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in a small amount of batter, swirling to coat the pan. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over each crêpe, then spoon cherry pie filling down the center.
  5. Fold the sides over to create a wrap.
  6. Serve warm with whipped cream, extra cherries, sliced almonds, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
