Instructions

- Heat a lightly buttered nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour in a small amount of batter, swirling to coat the pan. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side.
- Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over each crêpe, then spoon cherry pie filling down the center.
- Fold the sides over to create a wrap.
- Serve warm with whipped cream, extra cherries, sliced almonds, and a dusting of powdered sugar.
