Garlic Thyme Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Steak
  • 700 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Garlic Thyme Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
  1. Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over high heat.
  3. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side until deeply browned. Remove from the skillet.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter.
  5. Add the minced garlic and fresh thyme, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes.
  7. Return the steak to the skillet and toss until coated in the garlic thyme butter.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions: Creamy mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, garlic bread, buttered noodles, or steamed rice.
