Burrata with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes & Toasted Bread
Ingredients
- 1 ball burrata cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 4 slices crusty bread, toasted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Roast for 15–20 minutes until the tomatoes burst and become juicy.
- Transfer the tomatoes to a serving bowl.
- Place the burrata cheese in the center.
- Drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Serve immediately with toasted bread for dipping.
