Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 250 g chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
  • 100 g melted butter

For the Filling

  • 600 g cream cheese, softened
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 150 g chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 120 g granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 80 g roasted hazelnuts, chopped

For the Topping

  • 150 g chocolate ganache
  • 8 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
  • Roasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • Chocolate curls
  • Gold flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Combine the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press firmly into a 23 cm springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the sugar, chocolate hazelnut spread, eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream. Mix until creamy.
  6. Fold in the chopped roasted hazelnuts.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 55–60 minutes, until the center is just slightly set.
  8. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake.
  10. Decorate with Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chocolate curls, chopped hazelnuts, and a touch of edible gold flakes for an elegant finish.
