🍝 Fast Stuffed Shells with Ground Beef

Ingredients
For the Pasta
- 24 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, for boiling water
For the Filling
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
For the Sauce
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ÂĽ cup grated Parmesan
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the onion until soft. Add garlic and ground beef, then season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, and the cooked beef mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Fill each shell with the beef and cheese mixture and arrange them in the dish.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
