Caramelized Banana Sundae
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, sliced lengthwise
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 tbsp biscuit crumbs (optional)
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add bananas and cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the bananas.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the bananas are golden and coated in caramel.
- Arrange the bananas in a bowl.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center.
- Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
- Top with pecans and biscuit crumbs.
