Ingredients
For the Salmon
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
For the Creamy Spinach
- 300 g fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
For the Mushrooms
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In another pan, sauté mushrooms in butter until browned. Set aside.
- Melt butter, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until creamy.
- Serve the creamy spinach on a plate, top with salmon, and garnish with sautéed mushrooms.
