Garlic Butter Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 beef steaks
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  3. Cook steaks for 3–4 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.
  4. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  5. Spoon the garlic butter over the steaks for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
