Garlic Butter Steak
Ingredients
- 2 beef steaks
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Cook steaks for 3–4 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Spoon the garlic butter over the steaks for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
