Classic Full English Breakfast
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 6 breakfast sausages
- 6 slices turkey bacon (or beef bacon)
- 2 large potatoes, grated or thinly sliced (for hash browns)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped

- Toast with butter
Instructions
- Season the grated potatoes with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Form into a large hash brown (or several small ones).
- Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the hash browns for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the sausages over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning until evenly browned.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Melt the butter in another skillet and fry the eggs until the whites are set and the yolks remain runny.
- Arrange the hash browns, eggs, sausages, and bacon on a warm plate.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
