Strawberry White Chocolate Pavlova
Ingredients
For the Pavlova
- 4 egg whites
- 220 g sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping
- 250 ml heavy whipping cream
- 100 g white chocolate, melted and cooled
- 250 g fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tbsp strawberry sauce
- White chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 120°C (250°F).
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff and glossy.
- Fold in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla.
- Shape into a round nest on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake for 75–90 minutes, then let cool completely in the oven.
- Whip the cream until fluffy and gently fold in the melted white chocolate.
- Spread over the pavlova and top with strawberries, strawberry sauce, and white chocolate shavings.
