Strawberry White Chocolate Pavlova

Ingredients

For the Pavlova

  • 4 egg whites
  • 220 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping

  • 250 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 100 g white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 250 g fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp strawberry sauce
  • White chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 120°C (250°F).
  2. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff and glossy.
  4. Fold in cornstarch, vinegar, and vanilla.
  5. Shape into a round nest on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 75–90 minutes, then let cool completely in the oven.
  7. Whip the cream until fluffy and gently fold in the melted white chocolate.
  8. Spread over the pavlova and top with strawberries, strawberry sauce, and white chocolate shavings.
