Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked rice (cold)
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and black pepper
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
