Garlic Parmesan Potato Bites
Ingredients:
- 500g baby potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- Boil potatoes for 10 minutes until slightly tender.
- Place them on a baking tray and gently smash each potato.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
