Peach & Blueberry Cream Cheese Pastry

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 120g cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 peaches, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the puff pastry into squares and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Arrange the peach slices on top and scatter the blueberries around them.
  6. Fold the edges slightly and brush them with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until the pastry is golden and flaky.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
