Rosemary Mushroom Beef Skillet

Ingredients

  • 500g beef steak, sliced into strips
  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
  3. Sear the beef until browned, then remove.
  4. Add butter, mushrooms, garlic, and rosemary.
  5. Cook until mushrooms are golden.
  6. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Return the beef to the pan and toss everything together.
  8. Serve hot with potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
