🍒 Cherry Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and divide into dessert cups.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crumb layer.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
