🍒 Cherry Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and divide into dessert cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crumb layer.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
