Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
  4. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
  6. Add lemon juice and zest, stirring well.
  7. Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
