Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
- Remove the salmon and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add lemon juice and zest, stirring well.
- Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
