Creamy Tomato Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika.
  5. Pour in the cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until fully coated.
  8. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
