Cinnamon Apple Crumble
Ingredients
For the apples:
- 5 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the crumble topping:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 100g cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Place in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, and butter. Rub together until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
