Chocolate Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake
Ingredients
For the Crust
- 250 g chocolate cookies, crushed
- 100 g melted butter
For the Filling
- 600 g cream cheese, softened
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 g melted dark chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 100 g chocolate ganache
- Chocolate curls or shavings
- Crushed chocolate cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Mix the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press firmly into a springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, melted chocolate, and heavy cream. Mix until silky.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes, until the center is just set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Decorate with fresh strawberries, drizzle with chocolate ganache, and finish with chocolate curls and cookie crumbs.
