- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8 oz (250 g) mushrooms, sliced

- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and dried thyme. Cook until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 3–5 minutes, allowing it to absorb the flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed rice.
