Cinnamon Apple Crumble

Ingredients

For the apples:

  • 5 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the crumble topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 100g cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Place in a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, and butter. Rub together until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apples.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
