Pineapple Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Stir in the crushed pineapple.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
  5. Serve in cups and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
