Coconut Raspberry Yogurt Balls
Ingredients
- 180 g Greek yogurt
- 230 g shredded (desiccated) coconut
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- Frozen raspberries
- Melted milk chocolate (for topping, optional)
- Fresh or frozen raspberries (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, and honey until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop a small amount of the mixture, flatten it in your hand, and place a frozen raspberry in the center.
- Wrap the mixture around the raspberry and roll it into a ball.
- Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut until fully coated.
- Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
- Drizzle with melted milk chocolate and top with a raspberry before serving, if desired.
