Coconut Raspberry Yogurt Balls

Ingredients

  • 180 g Greek yogurt
  • 230 g shredded (desiccated) coconut
  • 1–2 tbsp honey
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Melted milk chocolate (for topping, optional)
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, and honey until a soft dough forms.
  2. Scoop a small amount of the mixture, flatten it in your hand, and place a frozen raspberry in the center.
  3. Wrap the mixture around the raspberry and roll it into a ball.
  4. Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut until fully coated.
  5. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  6. Drizzle with melted milk chocolate and top with a raspberry before serving, if desired.

These bite-sized treats are creamy, naturally sweet, and perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.
