Omelette aux Légumes et Fromage

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Sauté the bell pepper and tomato for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Cook for 3–4 minutes until set.
  7. Fold the omelette and serve immediately.
